Garbage & Recycling

Rural Municipality of Hart Butte residents have access to the Coronach Landfill/Transfer Site for garbage disposal and grain bag recycling services. Information on hours and fees can be found here.

We encourage landowners to clean up their empty grain bags and deposit them at the Clean Farms collection site at the Coronach Landfill/Transfer Station.

Please note that Clean Farms has ended their twine recycling program and twine recycling bags will no longer be provided to municipalities. More information on the Clean Farms program can be found here.

Residents interested in obtaining a private waste bin for their property through Loraas Disposal South Ltd. can call 1-306-721-1000.​

There are recycling bins located at each of the Community Water Wells for resident use. Please remember to follow the recycling guidelines posted on the bins regarding which items are appropriate. Some items are now accepted at your local SARCAN for recycling and more information on these items can be found here.​​​​​​​
